The first of There & Back Series is “Three Cocktail Eras, Revisited”. For intimate parties of 2-6 people, our Omakase Cocktail menu will take guests back in time to three different cocktail eras:

• Mid 19th Century: The Advent of the Professional Bartender
• Turn of the Century: The Second Wave
• Prohibition: Forbidden Treasures

Every cocktail will reflect their colors, flavors and historical anecdotes – thoughtfully distilled in a glass.

Pantja

Pantja is a cocktail bar and restaurant in South Jakarta Business District (SCBD), offering locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant on the first floor focuses on fire and grain: wood fire grill serving delicious steaks, and freshly made pasta every day. We also serve craft cocktails, southern fare, whisk(e)y, gin, wine & beer.

We are located in South Jakarta’s neighborhood: Senopati. The restaurant also features a mezzanine floor with views looking into the bar.

Smoking

Our venue is split into non-smoking and smoking. Please specify whether smoking or non smoking area is preferred. While the main dining room are non-smoking and non-vaping areas, guests are welcome to smoke in mezzanine and the cocktail bar area. Should you wish to be seated in the smoking section, please specify under ‘Special Requests’ when making your booking.

Special Dietary Considerations

PANTJA is happy to cater for dietary requirements or allergies. Please specify your dietary preferences within your booking under ‘Special Requests’ and remind our staff upon being seated so that we may advise you on menu choices and communicate your requests to the chef.
